They're always friendly and my dog loves to go there! My dog loves a specific treat which is sold there. They’d been out for over a month. When they received them back in stock, they called to notify me. They didn’t have to do that.

First choice for all my pet food needs. The best part about Hollywood Feed is same day delivery. I placed an order in the morning to capture some very good deals on Zignature. By 2pm, it was delivered on my doorstep nice, neat, and very well packaged. I even had a thank you note on my order. Overall, they carry all your needs and wants for your pets. They offer top of the line pet food brands, grooming, bedding, chew toys, and refrigerated items. The staff is always super helpful and very nice.

They go above and beyond. The store called to tell us that their delivery car had broken down on its way to our house. We were doing errands; as we headed towards home we saw the car being towed away. When we got home we realized that the delivery driver had hand carried our heavy order from the broken down all the way to our front door. That is above and beyond the call of duty; 5 stars +

I love this store… On a whim we stopped by to check Hollywood Feed and were not disappointed. They have a knowledgeable staff that goes out of their way to make you feel like more than a number. The online pickup has been easy to use and a life saver. I would 100% recommend giving them a try.

I’ve been getting my dog’s food from this store for a few years now and the staff here are amazing. When my dog had some gut issues, they really helped in finding the right kibble for him. Their knowledge of their products was so impressive too. Love coming here because they are so friendly and helpful.

Amazing store if you prefer shopping in person for pet stuff! I especially love the treat bar section and the staff is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about all of the different products they carry!!! Love it so much!

Great products, and frequent buyer rewards on a lot of your products. Excellent customer one on one service. The employees are very knowledgeable in products that are sold in store, very nice and respectful and acknowledge you by name when you walk into the store. They always ask if they can help you find something, as well as ask if you need help carrying your purchases out to the car. The return policy is easy and if your pet don't like the dog food/ or any product you have the option to bring it back and get something else of your choice. If you don't have a receipt that is okay as well because they can look you up in the system with your phone number.I have been a customer for a long time and always recommend Hollywood Feed. My only wish is that Hollywood Feed would build a store in Newcastle Oklahoma. I have to drive a little ways to get to the nearest location. Thank you for the excellent customer service and great products for my pet to enjoy over the years.

What an amazing store. Very thankful for the team here, specific shoutout to Karmean (I probably totally butchered her name, sorry!). She helped us last night with our French bulldog who has been dealing with allergies and been on a 48 hour hunger strike! We’ve been through plenty of dog brands like purina pro plan, nutri source, royal canin, and natural balance. Royal Canin worked these last few months and as of recently no more. Thanks to the knowledge and experience from the staff here, you really can trust them and experiment. Very thankful for their return and exchange policy. They truly want the best for you and your pet. Chaco is very happy now! Or was it the cheese mom gave him?… either way! Thank you!
